Client required the whole garden fenced off with chestnut paling fencing plus wire fencing was run along the fence to stop the dog escaping.

With this type of fencing the upright posts will generally be 1.2metres out of the ground and this allows the rails to always run parallel to the ground. As this garden had a number of slopes maintaining this height was crucial to the overall look and finish.

Also the chestnut rails always have the bark side facing down!
